Hey Missouri, Vote "NO" on Amendment 4 and Amendment 5 on August 4, 2026!
🚨 When Missouri Realtors put $1.9 MILLION into defeating Amendment 5, Missourians should pay attention.
This isn’t a small disagreement over tax policy. It’s a flashing warning sign.
Amendment 5 would start phasing out Missouri’s individual income tax — a major source of funding for schools, roads, senior services, public safety, and other basic services our communities depend on.
So how would the state make up the difference?
By opening the door to higher and broader sales taxes — the kind of taxes that hit working families, seniors, renters, homeowners, and small businesses every single day.
That means Missouri could shift the burden away from the wealthiest and onto the everyday purchases people can’t avoid.
Groceries. Repairs. Services. Utilities. Health care. Gas. Housing-related costs. The list could grow fast.
And now the Missouri Realtors are sounding the alarm.
When a group connected to housing, property, and local communities is willing to spend nearly $2 million to stop this plan, voters should ask:
Who really benefits from Amendment 5 — and who pays the price?
Missourians deserve the truth before August 4.
Vote NO on Amendment 5.
Don’t let them shift the burden onto working Missourians.
