🏠 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆. 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲.

U.S. single-family inventory has moved above 𝟵𝟬𝟬,𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀, about 𝟰.𝟰% 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗲𝗿 than this time last year.

Those are nationwide figures, but they tell us something important about the direction of the broader housing market: buyers are seeing more choice than they did when inventory was extremely tight.
