I just closed on this Mexico, MO property! Congrats to my sellers and everyone involved.

This one ended up having some appraisal required repairs, I called about 10 different contractors and none of them could get an estimate and the repairs done in time.

I finally landed on TruBlue of Central Missouri, they gave my client an estimate and finished all of the repairs within 1 week! Shout out to them for coming through and helping so quickly and efficiently. 👏
