Kastle Keepers is a growing property maintenance company that services homeowners and VRBO rentals in the lake area, primarily in Camdenton, MO.

We are seeking able bodied house cleaners to work 1-3 times a week for a period of 4.5 hours per day, primarily Friday through Sunday. The hours are 10:30 to 3:00. More days possible in the peak rental season. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is detail orientated, trustworthy, and reliable with time management skills.

We do a variety of jobs from lawncare to home remodels so one never will get bored doing the same thing. The position is full time Monday through Friday with overtime opportunities both during the week and on weekends. There is no additional benefits included at this time as we are a very small company but may consider health insurance for the right candidate looking to stay long-term.

The majority of our clients are located in Camdenton, MO but our shop is located off Y Road in Linn Creek.

Wages will be based on experience. Construction knowledge is a plus but not required if the applicant shows reliability and an eagerness to learn.

You must have a valid drivers license, good driving record, and a reliable vehicle to get to work.

We started a project up in St. Louis in March that began with the removal of wallpaper, sanding and painting of the kitchen walls, and renovating the hall bathroom. Here's before and after pictures of the bathroom! New tile in the shower, shower head fixtures to accommodate people of all heights, went from a 25" to a 30" vanity with delta fixture and mirror, fresh paint on the ceiling and walls, and flooring that will eventually run throughout the condo's common areas.
