🔑 “Steady.”

📈While interest rates remain stagnant, the market keeps moving along. I start every morning educating myself through books and podcasts. What I continue to hear is that we are in a “more balanced” market than previous years. Sellers are still able to sell for higher prices, but buyers are negotiating harder before committing.

💰I know people want to see interest rates drop, but mid 6%’s seem to be balancing the market & that’s really a good thing! Buyers continue to buy because they understand that real estate is a safe long term investment.

📚Attention Parents- We know back to school shopping gets costly. We also know that kids often grow out of their school/PE/sports/dress shoes before they are worn out. Therefore, we are putting together an annual Liberty Back to School Shoe Drive.

🥿 🥾We will collect shoes of all sizes for 10 days. (7/15-7/24).👠👞

🛍️ Then, we will open the office for 4 nights where kids and parents can come back and get whatever shoes they need for the school year! All shoes are FREE!

Helping Ryan and Cailyn sell their first home and buy their dream home was an absolute pleasure! I know they will be forever grateful for 1312 Washington and the memories they made there.
