Allen Goben brings broad experience to sellers and buyers, serving each with a philosophy of Customized Results. His background includes seller and buyer sides of real estate transactions, property development including minor subdivisions, and hands-on construction knowledge and skills. He has personally completed extensive projects in carpentry, electrical, and plumbing for renovations as well as
new construction, with a focus on residential work and entertainment venues. Allen also supervised teams leading commercial construction projects for several years as an educational administrator. These efforts included: multi-million dollar real estate transactions; new building planning, design, and construction; new building additions; and renovations for both buildings & grounds. He has also supported the entire community, having served on regional economic development boards, chambers of commerce boards, and regional leadership boards. Allen enjoys helping people, having worked during his earlier career as a counselor. His understanding and steady presence amidst the excitement, as well as stress, of selling and purchasing properties is a valuable support for clients. As well, his deep understanding of construction offers both sellers and buyers peace of mind that insights shared are based upon real experience. For sellers, Allen offers expertise in preparing a property for showing and considerable knowledge regarding return-on-investment possibilities for upgrades or repairs. For buyers, his keen eye for quality construction and ability to spot deficiencies provides support as well as peace of mind. With all clients, Allen creates a supportive relationship to make the process fun, efficient, and seamless. Allen has personally lived in urban/suburban, exurb, and rural areas including acreages of various sizes. Since his earlier career included intrastate and interstate moves for advancement opportunities, he is keenly sensitive to the excitement and challenges of relocating and openly shares helpful knowledge to create smooth transitions for sellers and buyers. Allen’s life journey has included his wife Kelly, three wonderful daughters (Natalie, Riley, and Halley), and two pets (Bennie and Sundown).
