To our clients and friends,
Plowing season is about to begin, and after 16 years of plowing we have decided it is time to hang it up. Unfortunately after much thought and a heavy heart we will no longer try to keep up with rising costs with our winter services. Attract Lawns will no longer be servicing the area for snow plowing needs.
Through the years we have worked tirelessly day and night to bring our community good, dependable, honest snow plowing services.
We want to thank you for the wonderful years we had, we appreciate you and thank you for understanding this very hard decision. Formal letters are in the mail.

I started reading a chapter a day everyday a long time ago just to expand my vocabulary.... (really started out as being the only reason)(I wanted to be a better father and husband, and I felt I swore to much for that) I wanted to stop swearing so much at the time, I always heard if you swear alot you don't have a good vocabulary.
My first book took me probably 2 hours to read 1 chapter, and they were not big chapters either. I had to reread it a few times just to remember it.
I was a terrible reader at the time and I knew it. Man oh man I sucked at reading. I was embarrassed. I couldn't have any outside noise going on at the time or I would totally loose my place.
But everyday I worked on it, practiced it. Over and over again. After a good while I added background music softly when i read, then loadly, then headphones in my ears playing background noise until I could read and keep my place.
Today bombs could be going off and I could keep my place and keep reading.
Crazy difference!

It would have been a disaster had I never started reading friends...
I would have never brought a marriage back to life.
I would have never stopped drinking at the time.
I would have never learned how to be a good father.
I would have never held myself to a higher standard.
I would have never did the Graditude videos where I grew huge with each one.
I would have never started working out.
I would have never tried yoga
I would have never meditated.
I would have never looked inward and took ownership of my own Bu****it!
I would have never started making my own bed in the morning.
I would have never started a business! let alone two
I would have never homeschooled my children.
I would have never gave two sh*ts about politics or our country.
I would have never looked or found Lions Not Sheep Where I learned to put everything I learned prior together and work. I am so thankful to have been a part of it, and learn.
I for sure would never be able to save money. (when I finally started to save money I started when we had $20 in our bank account) Hannah called me crazy. "the richest man in babylon" was the book that finally made saving click for me.
I would have never unlocked so many things within myself without them.
It makes me emotional thinking about it. Like I'm tearing up writing this 100%. What would have happen if I never started that first book?

The topic of Competition💪 comes up Alot in business. I am constantly asked who my competition is, what they are doing, are they doing good bad, how they operate, what they say, what they post, etc.
Usually, it seems like the person is waiting for me to say something bad about someone else's business. (Rule #1 as a business owner Never talk bad about others in your industry. It will only make yourself look small.)
These comments/questions irritate me a bit also because #1 it honestly happens to often and because I truly feel we don't have competition with others in our industries. We have friends......
My competition is and always will be myself. 😉
