We are taking reservations for what we hope will be a memorable year at Sunny Daze.
May thru September
2 br cabin and Loft Apt $165 a night.
1 br cabins $135 a night.
Don't wait till the last minute. Oscoda is an affordable place to vacation but our resorts all fill up fast

Next year we will only be renting off season Ling term to those that can bring proof of income from and HR department. Cabin 3 will not be open to rent in the winter as it seems to attract bipolar freeloaders.

Beginning January 5th we will be accepting reservations for the upcoming 2026 vacation season.
When we purchased the resort we lowered prices by close to $50 a night for both our 1 and 2 br cabins and loft.
Like everything adjustments had to be made to edge toward operating in the black . Last year we were in the red .
Our 1 br cabins will be $150 per night and our 2 br cabin and Loft will be $165 a night. June requires a 3 night min and July and August will require a min of a 5 night stay. The first week of June is usually fully booked starting with Memorial weekend ( spring fishing is hot all over the area) the week leading up to Memorial day the Fishing is heating up. Our 2 br cabin fully furnished, all utilities included.$1100 per month.

Fall weather is kind of holding off. Cooler nights but the days are still warm. Fall colors should be in full swing by the second week of October. We still have 1 and 2 br openings for the month of October

Entire month of August stay Monday thru Thursday at a reduced our rates by $25 a night.
That makes our One Bedroom cabins just $100 a night and our 2 bedroom cabin $125 a night. Three night min stay applies for weekends Thursday thru sunday

Happy Easter Everyone. This summer is lining up to be a blast. Tube,Canoe or Kayak the Ausable River with our friends at the Ausable River Store. Hike ,bike or UTV the trails system . Morel Mushrooms should start popping the first and second week of May. There are a few Hot Spots ;) one can be directed to. Sunny Daze Resort has multiple openings remaining for the summer. We are offering both our 1 br cabins for $100 per night with a 3 night minimum stay from now till May 28th.
