My family's connection to Loon Lake in Hale has been a cherished part of my upbringing. In 1988, my mother made the decision to trade city life for the serenity of the cabin. This choice led to a life filled with adventure, including a three-year stint living in Stuttgart, Germany and traveling the world. Despite visiting all of these beautiful places, there's a magnetic pull that always brings me

back to the Tawas area. Once you experience the charm and tranquility it offers, it becomes a place you never want to leave. I've been fortunate to share 24 wonderful years of marriage with my husband, Chris. Our family is further blessed with two amazing daughters, Amanda and Lorren, and our son Trevor, who's passionately dedicated to his junior hockey journey with the Decatur Blaze (Go Blaze!). Adding to the joy are my four energetic grandsons: Robby, Bryce, Garret, and Grant. Our household is also home to a trio of delightful companions: Frankie, the dachshund, Clyde, our beloved rescue dachshund, and Henry, the African Grey parrot. My journey in the Real Estate industry began the year 2000, prompted by my son's commitment to playing hockey. The need for a profession that offered weekends off and a substantial income without compromising my well-being led me to my role as a closing agent at Landmark Title in 2017. With my children now having reached adulthood, I am eager to refocus my efforts on what truly impassions me. I hope everyone finds their Dream Home or Cabin. In my 25 years of doing Real Estate, this closing is in my top 5 favorite deals!! 💙✨ If you happen to see this guy around Kalitta, make sure to give him a huge high five! I’ve never seen anyone work so hard to achieve homeownership.

When he first came to me to see one of my listings, he told me his credit score was good but a local lender said he wouldn’t qualify for a loan. Worse, because of his autism, many agents had just passed him over.
Well, that didn’t sit right with me. I knew there had to be a way. Enter Kelly Brown from Cross Country Mortgage, who not only found a way to get him into a conventional loan, but absolutely nailed it, knocking this one out of the park over to the next park⚾️
