Established in 1958, Shady Shores is a 7 cabin retreat on the beautiful shores of Lake Huron in Oscoda, Michigan. For the last 20 years, Shady Shores was privately owned as a family retreat. In 2019, it was purchased and opened to the public for the first time in nearly two decades.

This is the year we've got to start doing the fun stuff at Shady. We've done several upgrades and have more planned for this season, but here's a baby step to show you we're starting to update some of the stuff that our guests can see, not boring things like sewers and shoreline protection and HVAC.

This is just the start of all kinds of upgrades. Stick around to watch it evolve.
