You might be surprised by this, but for many buyers, Oshkosh still offers a level of affordability that feels harder to find in parts of Madison, Milwaukee, or even some Fox Valley markets.

Sometimes that can mean:

🚤 easier access to lakes + recreation
💰 a monthly payment that feels more manageable than expected

Hey Fondy friends!

I'd love to see you THIS Friday! I'll be serving brats from 10-12:30 PM. All proceeds directly benefit public safety and community support organizations, including the Fond du Lac County VA and VFW, Fond du Lac County Sheriff's Department, Fond du Lac City Police and North Fond du Lac Police, and Local Fire and Rescue Departments.

Where: Adashun Jones Real Estate Parking Lot, 1028 S. Main Street, Fond du Lac, WI 54935.

When: Friday, June 5, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Cost: Food plates are $8 each (local hometown heroes eat for free!)

Menu: Choice of a Brat Plate, Hamburger Plate, or Cheeseburger Plate, which all include chips and water.

Entertainment: Live music performance by Brent Bel from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.

• taller curtains hung correctly
• clean landscaping
• less clutter and more intentional styling
• matte finishes over shiny ones
