🍂 IT’S THAT TIME OF YEAR AGAIN… 🍁
When stuffing leaves into brown paper bags feels more like court-ordered community service than yard work. 😂🤷♂️
Starting Thursday, October 29th, we’re back sucking up leaves in the Town of Algoma!
No, it’s not free. No, your property taxes don’t cover it. And no, we’re not coming over to help you wrestle 87 stupid brown paper bags. 😂
Just rake or blow your leaves to the edge of the road, give us a call, and we’ll typically have them gone within 24 hours!
💰 What’s it cost? Most residential pickups run $85–$150, depending on volume. Cheaper than marriage counseling after spending an entire Saturday fighting with paper bags. 😂🤷♂️
A couple ground rules before we fire this thing up…
🍁 Keep leaves out of the bottom of the ditch! The Town already loves this service about as much as a flat tire. Let’s not clog any culverts and make it worse. 😂(worried about flooding..)
🍂 DON’T CALL UNTIL YOU’RE READY! We typically show up within 24 hours. No need to schedule four days out just for your rake to mysteriously go missing on day four and us to waste a trip. 😂🤷♂️
🍁 DON’T LET YOUR LEAF PILE BECOME A SCIENCE EXPERIMENT! We know, “I’ll call them in a couple days.” Meanwhile, it rains twice and your nice fluffy pile turns into wet concrete. We’re bringing a vacuum, not an excavator. 🙄🤷♂️
You rake ’em. We suck ’em.
📢 And before the experts arrive… Yes, we know the City of Oshkosh picks up leaves. Yes, we know you can mulch them. This is the TOWN of Algoma, and some people just want their damn leaves gone. 😂🤷♂️
