This great property listed by John Friend from our office is now in pending status! I got back from vacation at 2:30p on Sunday, jumped in my car and showed this property to my buyers at 3pm and ended up writing an offer shortly after. Today we received confirmation of the accepted offer and so now we are in escrow! Congrats to all parties involved, now the work begins...inspections, appraisals, and the waiting period for the lender to finalize financing. I get asked often what is the time period one a property gets an accepted offer to the closing day, and that is typically around 30 days depending on your type of financing and the terms that were agreed too. But typically when you put in an offer, the turnaround time once accepted is 30ish days.
