Our office will be closed this morning and will reopen at 1:00 p.m. while the MTJA team is out volunteering for the United Way Day of Caring! ❤️

We're happy to spend the morning giving back to the community that supports us all year long.

Labor Day Office Closure

In observance of Labor Day, Mahaska Title-Johnson Abstract will be closed Monday, September 7.

We’ll return to our regular business hours on Tuesday, September 8.

📚 And just like that… summer break is over!

By Day 2, the first-day outfits have been worn, the backpacks have officially been broken in, and hopefully everyone remembered where they were supposed to go this morning. 😄

As students, teachers, staff, and families across our communities settle into a new school year, all of us at MTJA are wishing you a wonderful year ahead!

Here’s to new beginnings, new routines, and a great 2026–2027 school year. 🍎✏️
