Originally from Liverpool, England, Ann moved to New York in the late 1960s and enjoyed a care

er as a flight attendant. A few years later, she relocated to Boston and into the high-tech industry, becoming a worldwide corporate sales programs manager for the next two-plus decades. Ann launched her real estate career to run her own business and take charge of her destiny. Specializing in the Downtown Boston housing market, she leaned on her customer service experience, self-motivation, and perfectionism to achieve success in this challenging field. In 2004, Ann took her talents to Florida, selling real estate in Miami and Hollywood before settling on Florida’s Gulf Coast. She’s thoroughly knowledgeable in many key facets of the industry. She’s a Certified International Property Specialist, a Short Sales and Foreclosure Specialist, has a Graduate, Realtor® Institute designation, and is a Florida notary public. She’s a charter member of the Military Heritage Museum in Punta Gorda, Florida, and a member of the Downtown Sarasota Condominium Association, Women’s Council of Realtors®, Southwest Florida Real Estate Investment Association, Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, and Community Cats, which captures, neuters or spays, and provides medical checkups for feral cats. Ann also fosters cats and dogs through the Humane Society of Sarasota until they find their forever home. To unwind, Ann enjoys Pilates, hiking, and is an avid reader. She also looks forward to visiting her family in Liverpool at least once a year and spending time on the family narrowboat, Bottle O’ Sass.
