This position is responsible for lawn maintenance on residential and commercial properties. General knowledge of how to operate lawn care equipment is very helpful but we are willing to train candidates that have self-motivation and drive to learn and advance within the company. This is a very fast-paced occupation with a lot of physical labor.
Job duties will include mowing with commercial zero-turn mowers, W**d whipping, Blowing off walks and parking lots, and picking up litter.
The schedule is Monday through Friday with possible Saturday work, but it is weather dependent. We require work boots and long pants and we do not allow sleeveless shirts.
Qualifications
-Ability to work in a team environment with members of varying skill levels.
-Highly motivated quick learner.
-Ability to lift 20+ pounds consistently throughout the day.
-Available to work a varied schedule (including Saturdays) in any and all adverse weather conditions.
-Follow directions, processes, and procedures.
-Ability to work safely to avoid accidents.
