Maintenance Supervisor
What’s one part of your job that you take the most pride in?
I take pride in the sense of accomplishment that comes from maintaining our property, resolving resident concerns, completing improvement projects, and making sure our residents have a safe and comfortable place to call home.
How do you like to make a positive impact on residents during your workday?
I try to respond quickly to maintenance requests and resolve issues correctly the first time. Clear communication is important to me, and I make it a priority to be visible and approachable so residents always feel comfortable reaching out.
What motivates you to do your best work each day?
I’m motivated by producing high-quality work and knowing that even the smallest details can make a difference. Supporting my Greystar team and keeping our residents happy is very rewarding—especially when residents tell us how much they enjoy living here and appreciate our team.
What’s a hobby or interest you enjoy outside of work?
I love traveling, road trips, sightseeing, and exploring new places. I’m also an avid golfer and enjoy camping, spending time outdoors, and visiting wineries and vineyards throughout the state and across the country.
