Sarah Lapsley Martin and Gregory “Marty” Martin work as a Realtor team. Sarah was raised in Mendon, Massachusetts and graduated from Westfield State College in 2003. She then moved to the
Cape where she and her family lived and worked in real estate in the Harwich, Dennis and Yarmouth area for the next 5 years. Sarah headed to Colorado to work for a startup internet company and was responsible for advertising, marketing, and promotions. Through previous employment Sarah gained an enormous amount of experience in both business knowledge and customer service. Sarah and Marty come from a successful Real Estate family who has been working on Cape Cod for the past 25 years. After spending the majority of their summers growing up on the Cape and enjoying all that it has to offer, they are both ecstatic to be back home. They own a home in Hyannis and are extremely excited to be living here year-round. The team now enjoys spending time with their daughter and family close by.
