I was at an appointment for a potential listing the other day and I think the seller thought I was telling her lies 🙈.. I asked her if she would be willing to paint her shutters, garage door and front door.

Statistically speaking, from a study done by a large real estate company, homes with black doors sold for over six thousand more dollars than similar homes with white doors.

What do you think her answer was ?

My job is to try to help you put your best foot forward, even in a market that is favorable for sellers. If you want to get the best offers - the little details matter if you want to get the cream of the crop for offers.

Everything happens for a reason, I feel so fortunate I got to work with this family. They are some of the kindest and most generous hearted people I’ve ever met and I hope good fortune follows them as they travel on the road for the forseeable.

Great Sellers and an equally awesome Buyer meant we could even close a few days ahead of schedule. From Contract to Close was 33 days.

This 1950s beaut is under agreement.

Great open house today & I have to say, we ran over time wise because the people who actually ended up putting an offer in were so friendly and the good vibes were high - we were all chatting away and didn’t realize the time. I love when that happens.
