Today’s well inspection was on a 10’ deep hand dug well, still in operation! That’s something I don’t see very often.

My latest home inspection cost my client $300. Using my report she was able to negotiate $2,000 off the price of the home, and she still has a useful report and me as a continued resource. That’s $1,700 profit and money well spent if you ask me!

If you have an uninsulated attic hatch you may be letting your warm air (and your money) escape your home! Check out my pictures below from my thermal imaging camera, this is very typical.
