What an AMAZING evening at the Women's Council of REALTORS® at the Hollywood Palms Theater in Naperville!🎬✨📽
I truly left feeling inspired, motivated, encouraged, and excited about the future of my business.🤗
The focus of the evening was learning how AI tools can help transform and support our real estate businesses, and honestly, it opened my eyes even more to how much opportunity we have right at our fingertips. These tools can help us save time, automate repetitive tasks, stay organized, improve our marketing, create systems, and free us up to focus on what matters most… serving our clients and growing our business.
It’s almost like having a virtual employee working behind the scenes for you 24/7. 🙌🏽
A very special thank you to Carrie J. Little for such a powerful and informative presentation. Your knowledge, energy, and willingness to share practical tools and strategies were truly appreciated!
And thank you as well to Kathy Kincanon Nosek, Debbie Prodehl, Sheena Baker, the Women Council President - Nicky Richardson, President Elect - Lenetta DeLacy-johnson, and so many of the incredible leaders, past presidents that were in the room and the Women Council Board members who took time to encourage us to become more involved, continue growing, and step into leadership opportunities within Women’s Council and our industry overall.
One thing that really stood out to me was being in a room full of people who genuinely want to see others succeed and are rooting for you gives you inspiration and encouragement to just keeo going and believing in your journey and the work your doing that no one sees. People who have already walked the path, built successful businesses, learned the lessons, and are willing to hand you the blueprint if you’re willing to learn and apply it.
As a newer Realtor, that means so much. ❤️
Whether you’re a brand-new agent or someone who’s been in the business for years but looking for renewed growth, fresh ideas, better systems, and meaningful connections… these rooms matter.
Now comes the important part: ✨ IMPLEMENTATION ✨ EX*****ON ✨ CONSISTENCY
I’m excited to start applying what I learned and continue building a business that serves people well while also creating balance and efficiency behind the scenes.
Grateful for the knowledge, the connections, the encouragement, and the reminder that growth happens when you stay teachable and stay in the room. 💫
