Last year I was engaged to represent Oak & Bean through the leasing process of this endcap retail space at the newly constructed Reserve at Hudson Crossing building in Downtown Oswego. While we already had about every chain/franchise restaurant option on earth, Oswego has long called for more independent, locally owned restaurants. Over the past year we have started to see that call answered with multiple area restaurant owners with outstanding track records leaping into the Downtown Oswego Market. Oak & Bean is a prime example. A specialty coffee, wine bar, w/ sandwiches & small plates coming from Kacie Wadycki, the owner of Krema Coffee House and Wine and Cheese in Plainfield. If you have been to either of those locations, you know what level of quality, service and atmosphere is soon to be.
