✨ A closing day I’ll be smiling about for a long time!✨

A couple months ago a sweet seller found me online and reached out. We connected right away and I had the privilege of helping her navigate a big life transition.

Her goal was to sell her current home and move directly into her next one without the stress of temporary housing, storage units, or moving twice. As well as coordinating the timing with the kids summer schedule. Together, we created a plan that made it possible for both transactions to happen on the very same well-timed day.

Even more exciting, I was able to bring the buyer for her townhome - something that doesn’t happen very often!

If you’ve noticed fewer Chicago-area homes showing on Zillow or Trulia today… you’re not imagining it.

There’s currently a dispute between Zillow and MRED (our local MLS system) which temporarily affected Zillow’s access to many local listings.

The good news? Homes are STILL for sale and sellers are STILL receiving broad exposure across the market through MLS-connected platforms, brokerage websites, Realtor.com, Redfinand direct agent searches.

This is also a great reminder that the most accurate home search experience usually comes directly from the MLS -not a single third-party website.
