Should you Renovate or Move?

I've been asked this a lot! Lot's of things have changed over changed over the past year with Covid, and that also effects what buyers are interested in. As covered in the article 69% of buyers are now looking for at home offices, and buyers also now want more living space, because they could be stuck at home working all day. And they will need more space for other activities. I have no specific answer to this question. It's really more about what YOU want. If you want to add value, or are looking to just open some space up for more of your use. Some changes make bigger impacts, and some smaller impacts.
