What an incredible evening celebrating another great year with our residents! ❤️

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our annual resident appreciation party. It was wonderful to see so many familiar faces come together for an evening filled with great food, music, laughter, and friendship.

A special thank you to Mitch Gordon for providing the fantastic live music and helping make the evening so enjoyable!

We also want to recognize our amazing team members for all their hard work, dedication, and time spent preparing for this event. From planning and setup to serving and cleanup, it takes a team to bring an evening like this together, and we couldn’t do it without them!

Most importantly, we are truly grateful to each and every one of you for choosing The Village of Otsego as your place to call home. You are what makes our community so special, and we couldn’t be more thankful for the friendships and memories we continue to build together.

As we look ahead to another exciting year, including the continued progress of Phase II, we are reminded that The Village is so much more than just a building — it’s a community, and YOU are what makes it feel like home.

From our entire management team, thank you for another amazing year! We look forward to making many more memories together! ❤️

☀️ Sports Court Sunshade is Complete!

Our new sunshade near the sports court is officially finished!

The space was designed to offer the best of both worlds—half of the patio provides comfortable shade, while the other half stays open to the sunshine. Whether you’re looking to cool off or soak up some sun, there’s a spot for everyone.

Another great addition to our outdoor amenities at The Village of Otsego!

Here’s a first glimpse at one of the exciting features coming to Phase II at The Village of Otsego!

Our 3rd-floor residences will feature vaulted ceilings in the main living areas, taking the standard 9-foot ceilings up to approximately 12 feet at their highest point!

Bedrooms and bathrooms will feature traditional 9-foot ceilings, while the vaulted main living areas will create an incredible sense of openness and bring another level of luxury living to our top-floor residences.

It may just be framing right now, but you can already start to see the vision coming together! 🏗️🏡

🏗️ Phase II is really taking shape!

Another exciting day of progress at The Village of Otsego! Crews are setting roof trusses, and it’s incredible to see just how quickly the building is coming together.

Every day brings us one step closer to welcoming 90 additional luxury residential units, along with exciting new amenity spaces for our Village community.

There’s still plenty of work ahead, but watching Phase II transform from plans on paper into a real building never gets old!

🔧 J-Berd Plumbing is onsite core drilling and beginning plumbing work in the first apartment units.

🔨 Bluedorn Builders is also onsite and making great progress, with plans to begin framing the 3rd floor next week!

It’s exciting to see Phase II continue taking shape as we move from the main structure into the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and interior framing stages.

☀️ A Little More Shade Is Coming!

We’re excited to make another improvement to our sports court and patio area! 🎾🏀

Starting next Monday, we’ll begin installation of a new sunshade over the patio area, providing a little extra comfort and protection from the sun while you enjoy the space. ☀️

During the installation, you may experience some delays or temporary disruptions around the sports court and patio area. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to make this area even better for our residents.

We’re excited to see the finished product and can’t wait for everyone to enjoy the new shaded space! 🙌

Thank you for your patience as we continue improving The Village of Otsego! 🏡
