Bryan is a Certified Master Inspector through the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) and is the co-founder of the West Michigan Chapter of NACHI. Bryan is also a certified mold inspector through Pro-Lab the worlds largest environmental testing laboratory and radon testing. Every inspection report includes full color photos, itemized list of deficiencies and cost estimates when possible.

A large area of southern Michigan show clusters of high radon levels that exceed the limits of health safety.

The EPA recommends that radon concentrations be less than 4 picocuries per liter of air (pCi/L). A picocurie is a a measure of the rate of radioactive decay of radon. A 1,000 square foot house with 4 pCi/l of radon has nearly 2 million atoms decaying in it every minute, according to EGLE.
