The way in which Real Estate business is conducted changed here as of August 1. Do yo you know what that means? Better yet- does your agent?? Does their BROKER?!?! I have been in talks with agents from 3 different local brokerages over the last couple of days who have absolutely zero idea of how to conduct business right now. One joked that nobody in their office knew what to do and that they had running jokes about it. Ha ha…. Funny. One had no idea what the contract they filled out and had their buyer sign meant. These “agents” could be costing their clients THOUSANDS of dollars from incompetence and ignorance!
PLEASE, be careful who you chose to do buisness with!
