We are currently accepting applications for one and two bedroom apartments. We are a subsidized senior, 62 and up or any age if disabled or handicapped, apartment complex located in Ottawa, Ohio. Stop by or call 419-523-3909. Office hours are 9am-1pm Mon-Thursday and 8am-12pm Friday. If those hours do not fit your schedule, just call and I would be happy to meet with you at another time. In order to be in compliance with the Govenor's orders, the office will be closed until further notice. For rental questions or application requests please call the office at 419-523-3909. Voicemail will be checked twice weekly. Tenants may call my personal cell number (provided to you via notice handed out friday 4/3/20) during the hours of 9am -1pm Mon-Fri. After hours for urgent needs only. Thank you.

To adhere to the recommendations of the governor and president, the lounge will remain closed until further notice. Please pick up your mail during your alotted time ,indicated in the notice that was delivered to your door recently. If you have a need, please call the office at 419. 523. 3909 during normal office hours, 9am-1pm m-f. If you have an after hours emergency please call my cell phone number which is located on both entrance doors to the lounge. The lounge will reopen as soon as it is safe to gather again. Please try to stay in if at all possible. We will be prioritizing all maintenance issues, to protect you and our maintenance man, Larry. Please be patient with us during this time. I am praying for God's protection over each and every one you. Miss you all already!
