September stats are in! We continue to get closer to a more favorable market for buyers as days on market increase and the inventory increases. We are now at 2.5 months supply...wasn't that long ago we were closer to 1 month supply. Experts say a 4 month supply is a balanced market. I know people get tired of me saying this, but pricing your house too high is THE biggest mistake you can make if you want your house sold fast and for the most amount of money. Listen to your realtor!
