Congratulations to United States Air Force veteran and RSDS Appraisal Diversity graduate D’Andre Smith! D'Andre has been awarded the “Rising Star in Appraising” by the Appraisal Buzz community.

As a veteran and graduate of the United States Department of Defense SkillBridge program, D’Andre brings a worldly perspective to RSDS. His hard work and determination have paid off, as he recently passed his exam and is now a Licensed Residential Appraiser.

D’Andre is a reflection of our continuing commitment to bring diversity and positive change to the appraisal industry. We at RSDS are proud to call him a member of our team, and are grateful to the Appraisal Buzz community for recognizing him.

RSDS Appraisal Diversity is proud to announce they have been named the #1 Appraisal Firm/ AMC by the Appraisal Buzz community!

This recognition reflects our unwavering commitment to shaping the future of the appraisal profession. Thanks to our mission of breaking down barriers and creating opportunities for aspiring appraisers, 85 of our appraiser trainees have achieved their real estate appraisal licenses.

Our team proudly reflects diversity in all forms—bringing together individuals from various ethnicities, backgrounds, and military service. These unique perspectives strengthen our work and the industry as a whole.

There aren’t many people who grow up thinking, “Some day I’m going to become a Real Estate Appraiser!” But at RSDS Appraisal Diversity, there are many who are glad they did. Real estate appraising can be a lucrative, rewarding career. RSDS has made it our mission to open doors to those who are hoping to pursue it, despite being shut out elsewhere. What’s resulted is an incredibly diverse team that’s come from different pasts and places. Now they work together, helping RSDS revolutionize the appraisal industry. We are thankful for all of them!

WOULD YOU TAKE THE RISK?

For Kyle Talebi, there was no question. As an auditor in Ohio, Kyle was looking for a complete change of direction in his career. His interest in real estate led him across the country to RSDS Appraisal Diversity in Phoenix. It’s a risk many of our trainees are willing to take, and find it eventually comes with great reward…as they earn their appraisal certification. Kyle is working with RSDS Certified Trainer Tanya Gardner, and has some strong words of encouragement for others looking to enter the appraisal profession. Keep charging, Kyle!
