This summer, we were fortunate to have Andrew Ham join Drake Development as our Leasing & Development Intern. Andrew gained hands-on experience in site selection, acquisitions, tenant prospecting, leasing, and marketing while learning the development process firsthand.

Andrew is a rising sophomore at Washington University in St. Louis, where he studies business and plays linebacker on the varsity football team.

Thank you, Andrew, for all of your hard work this summer. We wish you the best as you head back to WashU for your sophomore year.
