We had one client who was able to lock in a 6.125% and another buyer who was looking at a 7.125%. There are tons of things that determine interest rate; credit score, down payment, loan type, income and DTI. Your interest rate is based on your file alone, so reach out to professionals to find the best course of action! 😊

These three financially savvy young men were already roommates and decided to invest in a home to live in together, building their own equity instead of paying their landlord's mortgage. They're even going to have friends rent from them helping pay their mortgage! Plus a million dollar home is being build across the street💰

Yes they did wear suits to closing and brought a briefcase!!! Love how funny theee guys are, we’re going to miss seeing them weekly but are excited for their future!!!
