Quick turnaround resales are always tough to navigate. My folks had a work relocation thrown at them only 10 months after purchasing in a hot market. We hit the market last fall to get a pulse on the demand. It wasn’t there - not for the price they were wanting at $675k. We pulled lower bids rolled the dice on a better spring market (despite the criticism 😎). With a revamp in staging, showcase marketing, and proper pricing strategy we got the competition to drive price and terms - closing at $725k, $50k over asking. Just like that, the script flipped - from a tough spot to a winning one. Congrats to my clients for rolling the dice and hitting the jackpot!

In 1972, Lenny bought his home for $14,950. He went across the street to his realtors house to sign the paperwork transferring ownership. 54 years later, with prideful ownership, he sold his home for $350,000. Who wouldn’t have second thoughts?!?! I told him I’d be there working on his home, providing recommendations on updates/repairs that would be meaningful to buyers, and pricing it so he didn’t have to worry about a thing. It worked, without a bump in the road. Grateful for my friend, Lenny, and wish him all the best on his next journey!!
