📊 Johnson County Real Estate Update – August 2025

The housing market in Johnson County is still going strong! 💪

▪️Closed Sales: 886 homes sold last month - up 10.8% from last year.
▪️Median Price: $480,750 (+7.5%) - prices continue to rise steadily.
▪️Average Days on Market: Homes are selling in about 35 days, very similar to last year.
▪️Inventory: Up slightly at 1,627 homes, giving buyers more options.

🏡 What this means:

▪️Sellers are still getting close to asking price (99.4%), but buyers may have a little more room to negotiate compared to last year.
▪️With inventory creeping up and homes selling steadily, now is a great time to make your move, whether you're buying or selling!
