Inventory’s still tight — especially in Johnson County, where listings are down about 6% from last year. 🏡 Median price is holding strong around $587K and homes that show well are the ones moving fastest.

In Miami County, buyers are spreading out — median prices climbed nearly 14% year-over-year and homes are sitting about 43 days on the market.
