One of the most effective ways to market yourself to your database and sphere of influence is to consistently deliver video content that educates and answers questions that your database may be asking about the real estate market.

With the change in the weather and the holidays right around the corner.

One of those questions sitting in the back of potential home sellers minds is…..

“Are the Holidays a good time to sell my home?”

I created a sample video that you can use for inspiration or just straight copy to send to your database in the next several weeks.

The whole key of this is to not overthink it and take action.

The video should include a few key elements

✅ A closing

I’ve been talking a lot lately about how to build out your past client and sphere of influence marketing system.

If you are a real estate agent regardless if you got licensed yesterday you should be focusing on building out your past client and sphere of influence marketing system so you can stay top of mind with all of your past clients.

In this video I specifically talk about how to create a system for sending out home anniversary and birthday card/gifts.

Early on this can be done manually with the assistance of a dedicated time block once a week and some simple scheduling reminders.

As your business grows you can use a technology to automate that process. I mention that specific technology in the video.!
