We’re seeking a motivated CAD Designer/Drafter to join our fast-paced residential production team!
What we’re looking for:
1–4 years of residential or commercial construction experience
Associate degree or equivalent experience
Strong knowledge of CAD software and 2D/3D drawings
Ability to create and revise architectural plans, lot fits, plot plans, and sales brochures
Excellent communication, organization, reliability, and multitasking skills
Positive, enthusiastic team player
CAD designer needs to have the following skills:
• CAD drafting knowledge
• Detail-oriented
• Flexible and adaptable
• Knowledge of engineering, architecture and math
• Technical expertise and computer skills
• Creativity
• Verbal and written communication
• Understanding of construction methods and manufacturing
processes
• Problem-solving

Position Details:
• Full-time | Monday–Friday (no remote work)
• Salary: $55,000- $60,000
• Bi-weekly pay (direct deposit)
Benefits Include:
• $5,000 annual healthcare stipend

• Supplemental insurance at discounted rates
