They should also be talking with the inspectors, reviewing the documents with you, unlocking the home early, taking those extra detail photos you asked for, and walking the neighborhood so you get a true sense of what everyday life would look like.

After moving eight times before I turned 18 (and about 4 more as an adult, and then few more with my own family, kiddos included), I’ve seen every side of a move. That’s why I got into real estate 10 years ago, to create a safe, steady experience for families and make the whole process feel smooth from the parents all the way down to the kiddos.
