I do not love the word "resolution". It implies that there is something wrong with you and needs to be fixed. Instead.... Let's think of the resolution as more of dreams, ambition, or goals. What dreams do you have for 2024? What do you hope to achieve this year? Here are some of the more common resolutions, or goals that we tend to put on our list.
Personally: I want to 🚉🛫 travel more/experience more ⛵️🏟. Some trips in 2023 were had, but I hope to do more (and create new experiences). I also want to do better at taking pictures of my experiences. Some day memories will fail or escape us, I want to be better at capturing those moments for when that time comes and I need help remembering...even if it was yesterday. 😆
Professionally: I will strive to help more clients reach their 🏡 homeownership 🏡 goals. BUT I cannot do this on my own. I need YOU to help me work towards my goal. Here are your November 2023 market stats for Kansas City, compared to November 2022.

Naturally, this time of year things start to slow down a bit. Holidays, travel, and such have an impact on real estate movement. Activity has slowed, but has not stopped. An added bonus for the end of the year....we are seeing a downward trend on interest rates. This means that we are seeing buyers with more buying power.

I love this season!!! I cannot wait to decorate the house and see all the lights on houses when we are out and about!

Some traditions that we have as a family are looking at Christmas light displays, opening ONE present on Christmas after we set up cookies and milk for Santa, and we have a special "ornament theme" for Quintin, so he gets one new ornament each year.
