Among my list of things I will do for you as your Realtor…. I will set a squirrel trap to try and get that squirrel the movers accidentally let in.

Rain, sleet, or snow….I will still show. It was a slow drive but I made it to Tonganoxie for a handful of showings this morning.

December stats for the Kansas City market are out. We also saw a slight drop in interest rates at the end of the year.

Reach out if you want a home evaluation or are interested in starting your journey of buying, selling, or investing.

I do not love the word "resolution". It implies that there is something wrong with you and needs to be fixed. Instead.... Let's think of the resolution as more of dreams, ambition, or goals. What dreams do you have for 2024? What do you hope to achieve this year? Here are some of the more common resolutions, or goals that we tend to put on our list.
Personally: I want to 🚉🛫 travel more/experience more ⛵️🏟. Some trips in 2023 were had, but I hope to do more (and create new experiences). I also want to do better at taking pictures of my experiences. Some day memories will fail or escape us, I want to be better at capturing those moments for when that time comes and I need help remembering...even if it was yesterday. 😆
Professionally: I will strive to help more clients reach their 🏡 homeownership 🏡 goals. BUT I cannot do this on my own. I need YOU to help me work towards my goal. If you know of anyone that is considering buying or seller, locally or around the country, connect with me! I can help those near AND far!

New Year's Eve is almost here. How do you plan on bringing in the New Year?

👍 Celebrate early with friends/family, home and in bed before midnight!
❤ LOVE a good party. Bringing it in with a crowd and going until our legs won't hold us up any more!
🥰 Staying in and watching the ball drop from the comfort of home.

Here are your November 2023 market stats for Kansas City, compared to November 2022.

Naturally, this time of year things start to slow down a bit. Holidays, travel, and such have an impact on real estate movement. Activity has slowed, but has not stopped. An added bonus for the end of the year....we are seeing a downward trend on interest rates. This means that we are seeing buyers with more buying power.

Reach out if you have any questions! I am here to help you along your journey.

The purchase of buying and selling can be a stressful process, if you do not have the right person in your corner helping you navigate the journey to homeownership and reaching your goals! Should you bid BELOW list price? Do you HAVE to have an inspection done? Are interest rates too high to consider taking your next journey?
Today we bust some myths. What other questions do you have?
Is now the right time for YOU to begin your journey of buying or selling? I would love to talk with you on what your needs and goals are when it comes to buying and/or selling. Remember, everyone's circumstances are different! Do not lump yourself into the mass of run-now or wait-and-see.
