Well it wasn't easy or without its share of set backs, and it took tenacious perseverance on both our parts. We began pre pandemic for a month or so, with zero real options surfacing, so we decided to wait, then Covid happened and everything went to hell. But this time, in round 2, we got a winner!!!! What a crazy day. Why should you choose me as an agent? Because I will drive from Olathe to Blue Springs on closing/moving day to hug you while you cry into my chest and tell you everything is going to be ok, while I'm simultaneously on my phone doing everything I can to make sure everything is ok over your shoulder.

The ending to the story was in fact a happy one and everything was ok.
