Thanks to of the agents that showed my latest listing at 524 Belmeade in Grandview, Mo this past week. This was an unusual offering being a new subdivision exclusively for seniors 55+. It was priced right at $249,900 and is now under contract. The status in MLS is now “Show for Back Up”. The open house held the first day on the market, mainly to my to accommodate agents, was a great success with steady traffic. Thanks again for showing!

The beautiful 1.7 acre Estate Located in Kearney MO I listed last month is under contract. Both the Buyers and Sellers are very happy and that’s a good thing.
