Johnson County Management Johnson County Management Real Estate is a locally owned and operated property management company specializing in Johnson County, KS retail centers.

To help ensure a pleasant shopping environment, all shopping center visitors, patrons, and employees are PROHIBITED from the following:

1.) Any illegal activity
2.) Any improper use of shopping center amenities
3.) Any improper use of shopping center facilities or equipment, including, but not limited to, using elevators, stairs, sidewalks, or walkways in a manner that impedes the flow of pedes

trian traffic, such as unnecessary standing or stopping.
4.) Any form of solicitation, including, but not limited to, the offering of any non-permitted sales of products or services, and distributing any handbills, leaflets, commercial advertising, or promotional material of any kind or offering samples of items, not otherwise permitted by law. Except tenant to tenant, for tenants with leases in the center.
5.) Any disturbing of the peace, including, but not limited to, unlawful or non-permitted assembling, demonstrating, parading, picketing, marching, flash mobs, or any other activity that hinders or prevents the shopping enjoyment of customers or disrupts the intended business use of the shopping center.
6.) Any conduct that annoys or disturbs others in the shopping center, including, but not limited to, engaging in noisy or boisterous activities, unnecessary staring, intentionally following someone through the shopping center and parking lot, stalking, shouting, yelling, screaming, singing, playing musical instruments, radios, or the use of any other sound generating equipment that otherwise creates noises of sufficient volume to impinge on the hearing or peace of other shopping center patrons.
7.) Using obscene language, obscene gestures, or racial, religious, gender, or ethnic slurs.
8.) Violence, threats of violence, fighting, physical abuse, or physically or verbally threatening any person, or hostility of any kind.
9.) Running, wrestling, horseplay, skating, skate boarding, hoverboarding, rollerblading, riding a bicycle, operating a Segway and/or riding a scooter, otherwise being disruptive, or creating a disturbance, obstructing, or interfering with the free flow of pedestrian or vehicular traffic or with patron's view of doorways, windows, and/or other merchant or shopping center displays.
10.) Engaging in any sexual activity, including, but not limited to, using sexually explicit language, engaging in sexual conduct, or engaging in excessive public displays of affection.
11.) Displaying or wearing any item that depicts sexually explicit activity, illegal activity or obscene or offensive language; promotes violence; wearing clothing or lack of clothing that is likely to create a disturbance or embroil others in open conflict, offends community standards of decency, or impinges on the sensitivities of others in the shopping center.
12.) Gang activity, including wearing of apparel intended to indicate gang membership or to communicate gang behavior, including, but not limited to, the use of gang symbols or slogans.
13.) Defacing, damaging, destroying, or removing any real or personal property constituting part of or located in or on the shopping center property.
14.) Carrying or displaying weapons of any kind, except those carried by authorized law enforcement officers or security personnel in the performance of their duties and by security officials specifically permitted by shopping center management.
15.) Being intoxicated, inebriated, and/or possessing or being under the influence of any illegal substance.
16.) Possessing any open container of alcohol or consuming alcohol anywhere, except in businesses licensed to sell alcoholic beverages.
17.) Selling or providing alcohol or to***co products to underage persons; purchasing alcohol or to***co products by underage persons.
18.) Driving in an unsafe, erratic, or careless manner, including, but not limited to, exceeding the posted speed limit, or using a vehicle in manner prohibited by traffic markings, signage, or otherwise obstructing traffic.
19.) Overnight parking, parking in non-designated parking areas, parking in fire lanes or other no parking areas. Parking violators may be subject to towing at the vehicle owner's expense.
20.) Littering or discarding paper, glass, or other matter of any kind, except in a trash receptacle.
21.) Failing to wear shoes and a shirt.
22.) Photography or recordings of any kind without prior approval of shopping center management.
23.) All animals, except for Service Animals and dogs, are prohibited, except where otherwise specifically permitted, such as for special events or going to or from pet stores. Pursuant to the United States Department of Justice guidelines, only dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities qualify as Service Animals. All permitted animals are required to be on leash for the safety of shopping center visitors, patrons, and employees. All dog owners are responsible for cleaning up animal droppings and disposing of them in one of the trash receptacles on the property. This list is not all inclusive and may be modified at any time by the management of this shopping center. This shopping center is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Violation of this code of conduct may result in expulsion from this property in addition to any other legal remedies that shopping center management may choose to exercise. This shopping center is private property, and no rights shall accrue to the public by virtue of the public's entry into this shopping center or on shopping center property. This "Code of Conduct" is not intended to deprive any person of their applicable civil rights or liberties under the law. If you feel your rights are being violated, please notify the shopping center management office.

📢IMPORTANT SCHEDULE UPDATE!📢

Kansas weather is keeping us on our toes lately! First off, our daytime Summer Extravaganza is still going forward as planned! However, due to the forecast tomorrow evening🌧️, we are going to reschedule our Free Concert in The Yard featuring local Talking Heads tribute band, Found A Job. We will move the event to Thursday, September 3rd!

We want our ‘Concerts in The Yard’ to be a fun, memorable experience for our community, and so we’re just going to move the party to a new date!

Thanks for rolling with us - we can’t wait to see Found A Job with you on September 3rd! Mark those calendars now!🗓️

We’re looking forward to Yoga in The Yard tonight at 6:00 PM with Jesse Davis!🧘‍♂️

This is a guided yoga experience for all-levels. Please bring your own mat and water! Classes are free, but donations are welcome!

**Schedule change: We will not have Yoga in the Yard on Thursday, June 25th since we’ll be hosting a World Cup Watch Party that evening!**

Otherwise, we plan to host every second & fourth Thursday from 6:00 - 7:00 PM!

Join in on the fun!

Hey gang! Join us June 13th from 11-3 for the Ranch Mart Summer Extravaganza! We will have artists drawing for kids, coloring contest to help design the New Captain Ranch Mart, cosplayers posing with fans, free comics, free toys AND its all a fundraiser for our Children's Mercy Toy Drive! The event is at both the North and South Ranch Mart Malls and will feature inflatibles, music, vendor booths, food, art and the return of the mighty Ranch Mart Express train ride!

Ranch Mart has been a huge supporter of the Children's Mercy Toy Drive and is the home of the coming soon ( August 15th ) Elite Comics East Warehouse and Event Space! Stop by and say HI! Come in costume and take pics with all the fans! and as always:

Our 2026 Concert Season begins with Sister Hazel tomorrow night!
**What to know before you go!**

Friday, May 29th | Doors open at 6:30 PM
🎶Special performance by Nathan Corsi from 6:30 - 7:00 PM.
🎶Sister Hazel takes the stage at 7:30 PM!

Seating will be provided. Please leave@ chairs and blankets at home!

This show takes place outdoors in the Yard at Ranch Mart North. We are a rain or shine venue, so please plan for the weather (bring your rain jackets if needed, but please no umbrellas.)

Beverages will be available for purchase on-site. Food and drinks are also available at our nearby restaurants - be sure to check out Burg & Barrel, Billie's Grocery and Meat Mitch BBQ!

✅Seating will be provided.
✅Clear bags only.
✅Good vibes and great music all night long!
🚫No outside food, beverages or coolers.
