It was an especially memorable house hunt when my former student called and shared the awesome news that she and her family were returning to Kansas City.

Mackenzie was a student in both my second and fifth-grade classes and it has been so fun to see her all grown up. One of her first questions was: should I call you Mrs. Reecht or Jenni? ❤️😍 (I was actually Miss Cheatham when she was in second grade.) Definitely Jenni!!

She is as endearing and sharp as ever, and it was fun to spend time with her wonderful husband, Leroy, and their adorable kids.

What an adventure it was, but their persistence paid off when they found their perfect home. Congratulations and welcome back to Kansas City!! 🏡

Thank you to Scheels and Nicklaus Golf Club at LionsGate for setting up a table for the Missing Man. A powerfull reminder of those we honor this Memorial Day. Today we remember all those who gave the ultimate sacrifice and thank you for your service 🇺🇸🇺🇸
