April 2022 Market Update 📈

Highlights from the April data include:

April 2022 average sales price for new and existing homes combined ($334,681) is 13.1% higher than April 2021.

There were 3,479 home sales (new and existing combined) for April 2022, which is 7.6% lower than last April (3,765).

Home inventory (new and existing combined) for April 2022 (3,448) is 14.1% lower compared to April 2021 (4,016).

The supply of new and existing homes for April 2022 is currently 0.9 months.
