Maintenance-Tip Monday: Trash Etiquette! 🗑️

Let’s keep our community clean and looking its best. Here are a few quick reminders for proper trash disposal:

♻️ 1. Please make sure all trash is securely bagged and break down cardboard boxes before placing them in the dumpster or compactor.

🟢 2. If the compactor or dumpster looks clear, please use it to prevent trash bags piling up along the side of the compactor! Open the green compactor door to dispose of your trash or place it inside the dumpster.

📦 3. Bulk item removal is the responsibility of the resident. Please make arrangements for large items rather than leaving them near the trash areas. Call the leasing office if you have questions.

🚫 4. Trash should never be left in breezeways, patios/balconies, or sidewalks.

⚠️ 5. If the compactor is full, please contact on-call maintenance for assistance. You’re also welcome to use the trash dumpsters by Buildings 1 & 2 to make sure your trash is properly disposed of.

A little extra care goes a long way in keeping our community clean, comfortable, and beautiful for everyone! 🏡✨
