Had a first the finance company asked for the AC to be inspected and get the estimated life left in the unit. My HVAC guy is concerned that they are wanting a guarantee on the unit. It blows cold air. Not sure what they are looking for.

what do you do when the owner says they well take the pool table and then leaves it.

Everyone wants one but NO ONE will come get it. So the next home is the landfill.

Moving it in one peice took some engineeting.

Pick a new color scheme for this house. Gray cabinets, white trim and off white walls. Went to Sherman Williams today and picked up 30 gal of paint.

Our newest project is making head way. Demo of the kitchen and basement mostly complete. Electrical panel front and side doors have been replaced. Picking paint colors this weekend.
