I went back and forth on whether or not I should edit this video, it’s not flashy and certainly not a cinematic masterpiece. But the thing about The Amy Williams Team is we are a family, we come as we are every day to love our clients and serve them with our whole hearts, because at the end of the day, you’re trusting your family with ours.

So enjoy our little mascot helping with the raffle, and little clients asking where the water is, and our husbands breaking down yard games in the background 😅

As agents, we see things in homes every day that have the potential to be problems down the road. We are not home inspectors- no- but that’s why we work closely with certified home inspectors to see what we can’t and tell us what we don’t know.

But as YOUR agent, it is our job to weigh in on things buyers may not see. Sometimes it is easy to get caught up in the charm and character of a home, that’s where we come in- to give you our honest feedback- because you are not trusting us with dinner reservations, you are trusting us with your hard earned savings and investing that into one of the biggest purchases you will ever make.

Your agent should always be in your corner! Even if that means talking you out of a house.

Every single client that trusts us with their next chapter is special to us. You trust our family with yours, every day, and that will never be lost on our team.

But every once in a while there’s a story that lands heavy and brings an emotional impact no one is ready for.

We take a lot of our work home, it’s natural when you care as much as we do. But this one made me cry so many tears and made me even more thankful for my blessings. I have been so profoundly moved by my client’s strength and so proud of the softness she still holds in her heart.

Thank you for trusting me with this chapter, I’ll remember it forever. 🩷

The Amy Williams Team wants to wish you a very happy holiday season! What a year it’s been!

Amy & Mike moved this year and have been enjoying their new space, they also bought a boat and have learned a quite a bit about lake life. We are all anxiously awaiting the arrival of their second granddaughter, Ellis.

Madi, Joe and Everest spent the year traveling, starting pre-school and enjoying hanging out with their pups at home. Everest turned 3 just before Christmas and is decidedly a big girl now.

Olivia and her family had a full year with a family trip to Texas to visit friends, a trip to Estes Park, and running the turkey trot in Des Moines with her brother. They have also made it through a kitchen remodel and teaching their oldest son to drive!

Megan & Devon had the biggest year yet- the Brauns got married in May and celebrated their honeymoon with a road trip all around the southern US. Perhaps the most exciting news of all that they are expecting a baby girl, Ellis, in February!

Calvin has spent a lot of time traveling this year, with 3 trips to the beach with his family and friends, attending 3 weddings this year and starting a new staging business, he’s been a busy bee!

We are so thankful for every one of you and we look forward to seeing you in the New Year.
