Closing Day! Referrals are the best compliment an agent can get in this industry. It was an honor to help one of my favorite past client’s family buy their first house for their little family. I can’t wait to see them turn it into home! With this one, we had some work to do credit wise but they stayed the course and within 5 months of starting they closed on their own home with a conventional loan. We made it to closing day! This transaction took a lot of patience from everyone involved, including my client, the title company, lender, the listing agent and seller and myself. This buyer was looking for something specific and wasn’t going to be easy to find. We had to do some adjusting to get this under contract and were lucky that the first buyer cancelled. Although we’ve reviewed the inspection that the first buyer did, I still recommend that my buyer have an inspection done by a company he trusts.

Prayers for a smooth inspection would be appreciated!

Also really appreciate his lender (he’s not on Facebook) for finding him some different loan options for self employed and going over the best options for pricing!

Closing day! Ruben is a repeat client of mine and I couldn’t appreciate him more for trusting me through the process. This was a longer close while we waited on Title Bridge. If you purchase real estate through a tax sale, there are only a few title companies that insure the title and you have to also go through Title Bridge. This process can take longer than a normal cash purchase. I can’t wait to see the houses he builds on the lots he’s bought.

It’s closing day for a special little boy! His mommy bought a house! So thankful for the opportunity to help Breyana, Dani and baby Julian through this process. I can’t wait to see them get settled into their house. I love real estate and being a part of something so important in people’s lives. Get you an agent who rocks your baby to sleep at your inspection (this was my favorite part of this transaction☺️) and makes sure you understand the process. I am creating new homeowners all of 2025.
