1) We are so excited to welcome the Hachmeisters to Kansas City from Houston! They snatched up this BEAUTIFUL Hills of Ironhorse home, and we can’t to see how they make it theirs!

2) The Gordon’s recently upgraded their home, and we had the honor of selling the place they’ve called home for the last 17 years. Moving was not an easy decision for this family as they loved their home and neighbors so much. We know there were tears when saying goodbye, but we are excited for another young family to make this house their home:)

3) We had the honor of seller our old neighbors home in Briarwood too. The Tedder’s had lived in their home for over 20 years. They have taken immaculate care of the home and done a fantastic job updating it. We were excited to sell their great home for the highest price sold ever in Briarwood!

4) A few years ago our client Brandi reached out saying her dad was wanting to move closer to them. He’d been farming in rural Missouri for most of his life. It wasn’t a fast process, and we missed out on a few.
